This event is exclusive for HDR students (Honours, Masters and PhDs), EMCRs and researchers at WA, Australia. This session will be held in McCusker Auditorium at Harry Perkins.

Be kind to yourself and end the stigma surrounding mental health in science! Learn about available support and strategies to manage stress:

- What is stress? Defining mental health in academia.

- Strategies to avoid the tipping point – recognising the difference between good and bad stress

- Strategies to deal with stress as an academic researcher yourself and how to support other academics in your lab group

July 23rd, 10:00 to 11:30, followed by morning tea
